Refund Policy

We want you to buy PC Game Port only if it works for your games. That's why the free trial gives you every feature for 14 days before you pay. If you subscribe and it isn't right for you anyway, we'll give your money back.

Full refund within 7 days

Ask within 7 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal, and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Telling us which game didn't work is welcome, because it helps us fix it, but it's not required.

Yearly plans

• We email you at least 14 days before each yearly renewal with the date, the amount and a link to cancel, so it's never a surprise.
• The 7 days apply to every yearly payment, so if a renewal catches you out, ask within 7 days of it and you get it all back.
• After those 7 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and PC Game Port stays unlocked until the end of the year you paid for. We don't refund the unused months, except where the law requires it (see Your legal rights).
• To switch between monthly and yearly, email us and we'll change it from your next renewal.

How to ask

• Email support@pcgameport.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the receipt email, or
• reply to your receipt email.

What happens next

• We approve the refund within 2 business days. Our payment provider returns the money to your original payment method, which usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Your subscription ends and its key is deactivated. Within a week Play stops working: your games, saves and settings stay on your Mac, ready if you subscribe again.

Cancelling

Before every renewal we email you the date, the amount and a link to cancel: at least 14 days ahead for yearly plans and at least 7 days ahead for monthly plans. Cancel anytime at your orders page or by emailing us. Your subscription stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for, then Play stops working until you subscribe again. Your games stay installed. Nothing renews after you cancel.

After 7 days

After 7 days, payments are final, but we look at every request. If an update from us breaks a game that worked before and we can't fix it, write to us and we'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. A refund through us is faster, and a chargeback ends the subscription straight away.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law and doesn't replace them. If the law where you live gives you a longer period or other remedies, those apply. In Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law: if PC Game Port has a major failure, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused portion of your subscription at any time, not just within 7 days.
